IOPO serves 86 Indiana counties - all of Indiana except:
- Dearborn and Ohio counties near Cincinnati which are served by LifeCenter ;
- Clark, Floyd, Harrison, and Scott counties which are served by KODA: Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates, and
- Lake county near Chicago which is served by Gift of Hope Organ Tissue and Donor Network of Illinois.
