Celebrating IOPO Volunteers

With caring spirits, many Hoosiers register their wishes to be organ, tissue and eye donors. With generous spirits, IOPO (Indiana Organ Procurement Organization) volunteers give their time and talents to help spread the message about donation.

Volunteers help us stretch our resources and spread our message.

The IOPO Foundation and IOPO have more than 300 active volunteers. Many are people whose lives have been touched personally by organ donation. Some are organ recipients who want others to get a second chance. Some are relatives of a donor who realize that donation brings something positive from a tragedy. Some are concerned, caring people who give their time because they realize that time is running out for others.
